Can't resonate more with this. When I first started working at 21, I got so settled in a sedentary lifestyle, working 55-hour weeks, I ignored my health for years. Ordering junk food for lunch, snacking on street food everyday, I saw my weight grow over 15 kgs in a few short years. Until I reached a point where climbing 2 flight of stairs gave me blackouts out from lack of oxygen.
I'm now one year away from turning 30 and I am at the most athletic point in life. Gyming, yoga, regular jogging - feeling fit is like a whole change in worldview.
Ignoring fitness is truly a terrible mistake we make in our 20s!
